An elegant Aultmore single malt, aged for almost 14 years in a traditional bourbon hogshead, now offered as part of our exclusive private release of matured stock.

This cask has developed beautifully over almost fourteen years, showcasing Aultmore’s signature clean, fruity character, enriched by classic American oak maturation. Expect bright orchard fruits, honeyed sweetness, soft vanilla and subtle floral notes — all hallmarks of top-quality Aultmore spirit matured in well-seasoned bourbon wood.

This cask forms part of Global Whisky’s private stock release.

About A Distillery

Aultmore, founded in 1896, is one of Speyside’s most admired distilleries — prized by blenders and single-cask enthusiasts for its exceptionally pure, grassy and fruity spirit.
Traditionally unpeated and known for its silky, gentle profile, Aultmore matures beautifully in both bourbon and sherry casks, but bourbon wood in particular allows its clean distillery character to shine.

Typical Aultmore characteristics include:

  • Soft orchard fruits (pear, apple)

  • Heather honey

  • Vanilla and light creaminess

  • A gentle floral lift

  • A clean, refreshing mouthfeel

This bourbon hogshead presents Aultmore exactly as intended: refined, balanced, and ideal for single-cask bottling.
